Lambretta Club of Australia Gymkhana information
A LCOA Gymkhana event involves riding a Lambretta around a set course, on a designated area, usually a grassy field or sometimes a vacant car park.
The course is marked out with cones and consists of slaloms, tight corners, planks and other obstacles or skill tests. Sometimes ‘fun’ challenges are built in, such as parking the Lambretta, picking up a wet sponge and getting back on the scooter, then riding a few meters down the course and dropping it in a bucket.
It is a ‘skills’ event, hence, participants ride slowly.
The Lambretta scooters participating must be geared and classic/vintage era.
